A delightful jelly cake made with oolong tea and fresh grapes, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups oolong tea
- 1 cup fresh grapes, halved or quartered
- 1/2 cup powdered gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the tea: Brew two cups of oolong tea by steeping the tea bags in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- Dissolve the gelatin: In a bowl, pour out 1/2 cup of brewed tea and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine the mixture: Heat the remaining tea and stir in sugar until dissolved. Add the softened gelatin mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Add the grapes: Stir chopped grapes into the gelatin mixture.
- Mold it: Pour into a cake mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve: Dip the mold in warm water, flip onto a serving plate, and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the dessert.
