Description

Delicious and crispy wraps filled with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for game day gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or corn/whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American/pepper jack)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Diced onions (optional)
  • Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and add a scoop of cooked beef in the center of each. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Layer fresh veggies over the beef and cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  5. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice in half and serve with condiments.

Notes

For extra crispy wraps, spray lightly with cooking spray before frying. Customize toppings as desired, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
