Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
- 4 large flour tortillas (or corn/whole wheat)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American/pepper jack)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Pickles, sliced
- Diced onions (optional)
- Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned.
- Lay tortillas flat and add a scoop of cooked beef in the center of each. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Layer fresh veggies over the beef and cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve with condiments.
Notes
For extra crispy wraps, spray lightly with cooking spray before frying. Customize toppings as desired, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.
