- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, then add the flour and salt, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, place rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in nuts or using dark chocolate. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
