Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press into the bottom of a lined baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow cooling slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully incorporated. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until blended. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the filling is set.
  5. Allow cooling at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Slice into squares, sprinkle powdered sugar on top, and serve.
