Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients for a seamless cooking experience.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sweet potatoes and stir to coat in the oil, cooking for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the rinsed red lentils, stirring in the spices and sautéing for a minute.
