  4. Pour in the cranberry sauce and mix well.
  5. Gradually sprinkle in the granulated sugar while stirring to combine.
  6. Add apple cider vinegar and mix to balance the sweetness.
  7. Sprinkle in salt and cayenne pepper, adjusting to taste.
  8. Let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat and cool before transferring to sterilized jars.
  10. For best flavor, let sit in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
