- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 pack Ladyfingers
- 2 ripe Mango, sliced
- 4 ripe Passionfruit, seeds included
- 1 cup brewed Coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee Mixture: Brew your coffee and let it cool. Add a bit of sugar if desired.
- Make the Mascarpone Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Layer the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them, then layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Add Mango and Passionfruit: Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced mango. Sprinkle some passionfruit seeds for that tangy pop.
- Repeat the Layers: Continue layering dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone, mango, passionfruit until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a mascarpone layer on top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Serve: Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder for that classic tiramisu finish.
Notes
Use sun-ripened mangoes for the best flavor. Ensure ladyfingers are dipped quickly to maintain structure.
