- 4 cups Chex cereal (corn and rice)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (peanuts, pecans, or almonds)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together Chex cereal and your choice of nuts.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in brown sugar and salt until bubbling, then remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Pour the toffee sauce over the cereal mixture and gently fold to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool completely, then break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
