- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped chocolate (semisweet or dark)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until silky smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and gooey.
- In a dish or molds, pour a layer of melted chocolate to form the base, then add dollops of the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
- Pour more melted chocolate on top to seal, then chill in the refrigerator or freezer until set (about an hour).
- Once firm, slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
