Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken dry for extra crispiness.
  3. Create a dipping station: one bowl with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and a third with coconut flakes mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, and then coat thoroughly with the coconut mixture.
