Instructions
- Begin by breaking white chocolate into small pieces and placing them in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water to create a double boiler. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
- Remove the bowl from heat and mix in vanilla extract or sea salt if using.
- Add a generous amount of edible glitter and stir until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly to about half an inch thick.
- Sprinkle colorful sprinkles generously over the surface.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for about 30 minutes until fully set.
- Once set, remove from parchment paper and cut into whimsical shapes or bite-sized pieces. Serve and enjoy!
