Description

A delightful and rich fudge recipe perfect for sharing love on Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Colorful sprinkles or toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine chocolate and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  3. Pour the fudge into a lined dish and smooth the top. Add toppings if desired, pressing them in gently.
  4. Allow to set at room temperature for 2-3 hours or refrigerate for faster results.
  5. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares.

Notes

Be careful not to overheat the mixture; stirring continuously is key to preventing burning.
