- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine chocolate and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until well-combined.
- Pour the fudge into a lined dish and smooth the top. Add toppings if desired, pressing them in gently.
- Allow to set at room temperature for 2-3 hours or refrigerate for faster results.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares.
