Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the waffle mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

- Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp, typically 3-5 minutes.
- Once cooled slightly, place a scoop of your favorite ice cream between two waffles.
- Add desired toppings on top of the ice cream before closing the sandwich.
