Deliciously chewy cookies featuring creamy white chocolate and tart cranberries, perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look a tad underbaked.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
