Delightful clusters of white chocolate, tangy cranberries, and crunchy pecans that bring warmth and joy to any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then let them cool and chop them roughly.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring gently until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries until well coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming rough mounds.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster before placing in the refrigerator to cool.
  6. Chill for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
