Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then let them cool and chop them roughly.
- Melt the white chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring gently until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries until well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming rough mounds.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster before placing in the refrigerator to cool.
- Chill for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate. This recipe allows for flexibility with different nuts or dried fruits.
