Description

Ingredients

  • 100g sweetened shredded coconut
  • 100g butter
  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g chopped almonds or pistachios
  • 150g graham cracker crumbs or biscuit crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, then stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Add shredded coconut and nuts, mixing well.
  5. Fold in graham cracker crumbs, ensuring even combination.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for light golden edges.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing into squares. Optionally drizzle with melted white chocolate or powdered sugar before serving.
