- 200g white chocolate
- 100g sweetened shredded coconut
- 100g butter
- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 50g chopped almonds or pistachios
- 150g graham cracker crumbs or biscuit crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, then stir in sweetened condensed milk.
- Add shredded coconut and nuts, mixing well.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs, ensuring even combination.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for light golden edges.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares. Optionally drizzle with melted white chocolate or powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a nut-free option, substitute with sunflower seeds. For gluten-free, use gluten-free cookies or Bisquick.
