- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Boil and Peel the Eggs: Boil eggs in salted water for 12 minutes. Transfer to ice water to cool and peel.
- Prepare the Filling: Cut eggs in half, scoop out yolks into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, cheddar, jalapeños, salt, and paprika.
- Mash and Mix: Mash until creamy. Adjust consistency and seasonings as needed.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with paprika and fresh herbs. Chill before serving.
