Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter and let it cool slightly. Add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until a dough forms.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and line your work surface with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour your hands and roll small portions of dough into balls, then shape each ball into rods.
