Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk together the coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gently.
- Roll the dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cooling on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
