Description

A rich and creamy pie that combines the nutty flavor of peanut butter with a smooth texture, all nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar (granulated or brown)
  • 8 ounces whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Gradually fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and crushed peanuts. Slice and serve.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling. Allow the pie to chill properly for the best texture.
