Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your puff pastry on a floured surface, enough to wrap around the brie.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry, drizzle honey, and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the pastry around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden.
