  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your puff pastry on a floured surface, enough to wrap around the brie.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry, drizzle honey, and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold the pastry around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal.
  5. Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
