Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, paprika, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, coating them thoroughly.
  3. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the drumsticks on it, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Broil on high for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired.
