- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, paprika, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, coating them thoroughly.
- Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the drumsticks on it, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Broil on high for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
