- 1 cup goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice pears in half lengthwise and remove the cores.
- Place halved pears cut side up in a baking dish. Crumble goat cheese into the cavities.
- Sprinkle cranberries on top, followed by chopped nuts if desired.
- Generously drizzle honey over each pear half.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the pears are tender and the cheese starts to brown slightly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
