Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou)
  • 1 cup creamy goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey

  3. Arrange the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon goat cheese into each pear half and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
  5. Scatter cranberries around and drizzle honey over the dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking periodically until pears are tender and cheese is warm.
