Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreos, reserving a few for topping.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool the muffins in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
