Instructions

- Add the egg, orange zest, and juice to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.

- Fold in the cranberries by hand.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden.
- Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
