Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, alternating with the milk, mixing until smooth.
  7. Gently fold in the black sesame seeds.
  8. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth it out.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
