- 4 leaves romaine or butter lettuce
- 2 ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 4 flour or corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Prepare the secret sauce by whisking mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Assemble the wraps by warming tortillas in a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds each side. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon. Drizzle with secret sauce.
- Wrap tightly, fold in the sides, and slice diagonally to serve.
