Description

Delicious BLT wraps featuring crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce, all drizzled with a tangy secret sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 cups crispy romaine or fresh spinach
  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Rinse the lettuce and tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and tear the lettuce.
  4. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface, spread the secret sauce, and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. Roll tightly.
  5. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
