Delicious BLT wraps featuring crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce, all drizzled with a tangy secret sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 cups crispy romaine or fresh spinach
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 4 flour or whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Rinse the lettuce and tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and tear the lettuce.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface, spread the secret sauce, and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. Roll tightly.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
