Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Remove bacon and leave fat in the skillet.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add chopped broccoli around the chicken and sprinkle with crispy bacon.
