Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring frequently until it reaches a rich amber color and develops a nutty fragrance.
- Increase the heat to medium-high. Add beef strips to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine and sauté for another 4-5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
