Ingredients
- Fresh mushrooms (white or cremini)
- Butter
- Hot sauce
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh herbs (chives or parsley)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until it bubbles.
- Add the mushrooms, stirring softly, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until browned.
- Create a well in the center, add minced garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in the hot sauce and mix well to coat the mushrooms, simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and add fresh herbs just before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan for perfect browning. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
