Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until it bubbles.
  3. Add the mushrooms, stirring softly, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  4. Create a well in the center, add minced garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
  5. Pour in the hot sauce and mix well to coat the mushrooms, simmer for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and add fresh herbs just before serving.
