Delicious and crispy egg rolls filled with the classic flavors of Buffalo chicken dip, perfect for sharing at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well blended.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the bottom corner.
  4. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and carefully fry the egg rolls seam-side down for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

For healthier options, use lean chicken and light cream cheese. Great leftovers that can be reheated in the oven.
