Ingredients

Scale
  • Large mushrooms (such as cremini or portobello)
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning gently with a damp paper towel and removing the stems.
  3. Make the filling by blending cream cheese and cheddar until combined, then add Buffalo sauce, garlic, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20–25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions or chives and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter option, you can use dairy-free cheese or substitute ricotta for cream cheese.
