- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup candy canes, crushed
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of serving glasses.
- Chill the crust while preparing the cheesecake filling.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and vanilla until combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in half of the crushed candy canes, being careful to keep it airy.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust, alternating with more crumbs and cheesecake until filled.
- Sprinkle the top with remaining crushed candy canes, then chill for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure to use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. The parfaits are best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
