Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup candy canes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of serving glasses.
  2. Chill the crust while preparing the cheesecake filling.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and vanilla until combined.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in half of the crushed candy canes, being careful to keep it airy.
  6. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust, alternating with more crumbs and cheesecake until filled.
  7. Sprinkle the top with remaining crushed candy canes, then chill for at least two hours before serving.
