Scale
  • 4 Fresh Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  2. Core and slice the apples into small, bite-sized pieces and toss them in a bowl with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  4. In a greased muffin tin, fill each cup with a scoop of the apple mixture and top with the oat crisp mixture, pressing down lightly.
