  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and powdered sugar. Blend until creamy and well incorporated.

  3. Repeat layering with cheesecake mixture, fruits, and caramel until reaching the top. Finish with a drizzle of caramel.
