- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and powdered sugar. Blend until creamy and well incorporated.
- Layer the ingredients: In a serving bowl, spoon a layer of the cheesecake mixture at the bottom. Follow with a layer of fresh fruits and drizzle caramel sauce over this.
- Repeat layering with cheesecake mixture, fruits, and caramel until reaching the top. Finish with a drizzle of caramel.
- Add the crunch: Before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers or nuts on top.
- Chill before serving: Allow the salad to sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to meld flavors.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and sour cream with plain yogurt. Let it chill for a few hours before serving for the best flavor.
