Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chicken in a skillet with oil, garlic, and onion for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the potatoes by boiling until fork-tender (about 10-15 minutes) and then mash lightly.
- Combine the cooked chicken with mashed potatoes and cheese in a bowl.
