Instructions

  1. Pit and chop the fresh cherries, reserving a few for garnish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cherries and a splash of water; simmer for 5-10 minutes until softened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly; blend until smooth.
  4. In a glass, combine dairy-free milk, cherry syrup, and vanilla extract; stir gently.
  5. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cherry vanilla mixture over it.
  6. Optional: Top with whipped coconut cream or extra cherries for garnish.
