Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the pure maple syrup.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Drop rounded mounds of dough onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and centers remain soft.
- Cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
