Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and light.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers remain soft.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
