Scale
  • 1 lb boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Sauté the chicken in a skillet with melted butter, seasoning with salt and pepper until cooked through.
  4. Prepare the alfredo sauce by sautéing garlic in butter, adding heavy cream, and stirring in Parmesan until smooth, then seasoning.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and alfredo sauce in a bowl, mixing in mozzarella.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with additional mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrients.
