Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into balls and create an indent in each, placing them into greased shot glasses.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool before removing from glasses.
- Fill each cookie shot with your chosen beverage and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
- Serve on a decorative platter and enjoy!
