- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy in another bowl, then add melted butter, coffee, and vanilla.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake, then invert onto a towel, roll it up gently, and let it cool completely.
- Frost the unrolled cake with a generous layer of frosting and reroll it.
- Decorate with additional frosting and your choice of festive toppings.
