Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey by dicing or shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the apples, slice the grapes in half, and chop the celery.
