Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce

- Egg wash (beaten egg)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting it into squares, about 3 inches each.
- Add a small wedge of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce onto the brie and sprinkle some fresh herbs over it.
- Wrap the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
