Instructions

- Add the cranberries and honey: Toss in the cranberries and honey, blending until the mixture is just combined. You want some chunks of cranberry for texture!
- Drizzle in olive oil: With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil to create a creamy, whipped consistency.
- Season with herbs and garlic: Add fresh herbs and garlic. Taste, and adjust the seasoning by adding more honey or herbs as needed.
- Chill and serve: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Garnish: Before serving, top with extra cranberries, a sprinkle of herbs, or a drizzle of olive oil for color and flair.
