- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Prepare the crust according to package instructions or make your own from scratch.
- Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant, then chop coarsely.
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipping cream gently until fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, then stir in the chopped pecans, reserving some for garnish.
- Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for best results.

Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with mascarpone. You may use walnuts instead of pecans if preferred.
