Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by gathering and chopping all ingredients.

- Prepare the creamy mixture: In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth. Stir in sautéed spinach and artichokes, then season.
- Combine chicken and sauce: Return chicken to skillet, pour creamy mixture over the top. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
