- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add spinach and artichokes, cooking until the spinach wilts.
